Dr Sarath Attanayake graduated as a doctor in Sri Lanka in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience in Psychiatry. Dr Attanayake has been working in Australia for more than 14 years and currently works in both public and private sectors. Dr Attanayake has worked in different regions in Australia and has a wide experience in treating and understanding patients with Mental Health issues from different cultural backgrounds. Dr Attanayake is a general adult psychiatrist with a special interest in ADHD, anxiety, addiction problems, mood and personality disorders and youth mental health.
Dr.Varuni de Silva is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. She has worked as a psychiatrist for over 20 years and currently works in the public and private sectors in South Australia. She provides opinions and treatment plans for clients with ADHD, anxiety disorders including OCD, bipolar disorder, depression, and schizophrenia.
Parmar is committed to reducing the suffering of his clients on their journey of recovery. He can relate and understand the issues faced by individuals and families in today’s high-tech and demanding world.
Parmar is currently accepting referrals from multiple streams including but not limited to Private, Medicare benefits, NDIS, DVA, and workers compensation/work cover clients under return-to-work SA (RTWSA) scheme. Parmar accepts referrals for people at 12 years and beyond. He accepts referrals with GP mental health care plans. Parmar has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work. He has extensive training in evidence-based psychological approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Relationship Counselling, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Informed care practice, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and
Compassion-focused therapy, Meditation and ADHD coaching. Parmar has extensive experience in working in private sector; has worked across various settings including South Australian public mental health services.
